Our
Smoked Salmon


. Sussex by the sea  only works with high welfare fish. All of our salmon is farmed in Scotland then hand-filleted and oak-smoked on site using traditional techniques. The salmon has a gentle smoke and a ‘melt in your mouth consistency’ which calls for simple preparation—perfect with brown bread and a squeeze of lemon or purely on its own.

We are dedicated to providing our customers with only the freshest seafood from around Sussex and UK We continually assess the sustainability of our diverse product list, working closely with our fish and seafood suppliers, to offer the most varied range of responsibly sourced seafood available in Sussex. We assist our customers to help them make informed choices when it comes to selecting produce from sustainable stocks.

We passionately believe in supporting local industry and since 1we started have nurtured relationships with fishing suppliers from around Sussex . In line with our sustainability commitment the regionality of our products is extremely important to us. The majority of seafood is sourced locally reducing the amount of food miles our produce has travelled. This ensures that not only are we supporting local industry, but also that our customers have access to the freshest fish available in Sussex.

OUR PRODUCTS sourced locally  from  Hastings, shoreham and south coast ports and UK waters..
